The Western Maryland Scenic Railroad, Maryland’s favorite rolling restaurant, invites you to a 3-course candlelit dinner. Enjoy an elegant evening every other Friday as you dine with the rolling hills of the Allegheny Mountains as your backdrop! The Murder Mystery performance occurs on and off throughout the evening, allowing plenty of time for food, beverage, and the entertainment.

WMSR offers full bar service on the train, which is not included in the price of your ticket. Cash or card are accepted on the train. Gratuity is extra.

This exclusive excursion is for guests 21 and older. Savor fine dining aboard one of Western Maryland Scenic Railroad’s historic dining cars as you journey west to the charming mountain city of Frostburg. Dining Class passengers will enjoy a sumptuous 3-course meal, featuring a fresh salad, a choice of entrée, and a delectable signature dessert. If multiple parties are booking separately please call the ticket office 5-7 days prior to your excursion to ensure your parties are seated together.

Terms & Conditions

• Tickets are fully refundable up to two weeks before your excursion date. Within two weeks of the excursion, in-house credit can be issued, but no refunds or credits will be provided for same-day cancellations or missed trains. If you’re unable to attend on your original date, an in-house credit will be available for use on a future excursion within the same calendar year.

• Once you arrive you will receive boarding instructions. We ask that all guests arrive 45 minutes before departure.

• All seating is assigned.

• No outside alcohol is permitted.

• No smoking or vaping is permitted.

• We only allow service animals onboard our trains.

Western Maryland Scenic Railroad makes every effort to maintain its schedule. Due to mechanical and Safety Needs, we reserve the right to change equipment, locomotive, and passenger cars at any time.
