As Halloween time approaches, the Ministry of Monsters are meeting for their annual conference. All the usual suspects are there with their stalls, the vampires running night-time yoga, witches peddling cauldron maintenance kits, it’s been rumoured even the invisible man is due to appear, that is if anybody can find him!

However, as the council convenes, they are (somewhat ironically) given a fright themselves! It seems the head of the Council has met their maker, and it’s clear foul play is at hand.
