Midsommer Murders is an interactive murder mystery dinner at Abbeygate Cinema, with guests arriving from 6:30 PM before the 7:00 PM start. The evening combines an arrival drink, a three-course dinner and a live whodunit in which diners follow the clues and try to identify the killer.
The published menu includes ham hock and pea terrine to start; mains such as chicken with chorizo, sea trout or risotto primavera; and desserts including apple tarte tatin, lemon posset or a pistachio and white-chocolate sundae. The event runs to 10:30 PM and tickets are £60.
