Cape May, NJ – The Woeful Widows Society Murder Mystery Dinner – October 16, 2026

The Woeful Widows Society is an original murder mystery play about a group of women from different generations and social classes whose husbands all died in the same suspicious tragedy. Authorities called it an accident, but the widows are not convinced. As they investigate together, the truth they uncover puts each of them in danger.

Adult admission is $75 and includes a three-course dinner with the performance. Child admission for ages 3-12 is $50. Advance purchase is required because the event has limited capacity.

The public Cape May listing does not publish an event-specific dress code or refund policy. Guests should review Cape May MAC purchase terms before booking and contact the organizer regarding dietary needs.

By all accounts, these women should not be friends. With members spanning different generations and social classes, they appear to have very little in common. That is, except for the suspicious tragedy that claimed the lives of all of their husbands. While the officials have labeled it an accident, these ladies are not so sure. As they work together to solve the mystery, the truth they uncover will put them all in jeopardy. Enjoy a three-course dinner and watch as the mystery and drama unfold around you during this original murder mystery play.
